The insulated rail straightedge is primarily used for horizontal alignment, vertical alignment, and apex adjustment of rail ends during thermite welding of rails. It can also be employed to detect the surface wear flatness of rails. The ruler body is made of high-quality aluminum alloy material, the measuring surface utilizes wear-resistant and high-temperature-resistant insulating material, and the scale markings are produced using laser engraving technology, ensuring clear indications and high accuracy.

III. Usage Instructions

Before use, ensure the product is in good condition. Clean the measuring surface of the main ruler and check all parts for wear and dirt. Then gently and steadily place the straightedge on the surface of the workpiece to be measured, and use a feeler gauge to detect the gap between the measured object and the straightedge.

IV. Usage Precautions

l Avoid severe collisions with any parts during use and transportation to prevent damage.

l When not in use for an extended period, store the rail straightness measuring ruler in its packaging box.

l If the product is subjected to collision or falling, it should be sent to the metrology room for inspection and used only after passing the test.
